Accredited Lenders Program (ALP) Express Pilot Program Guide

The purpose of the Accredited Lenders Program (ALP) Pilot Program Guide (Guide) is to provide Certified Development Companies (CDCs) with the information needed to comply with the terms and conditions of the pilot program which were modeled after the interim final rule Temporary 504 Express Loan Authority for Certified Development Companies Participating in the Accredited Lenders Program (87 FR 37979, June 27, 2022), which implemented the temporary increased authority delegated to ALP CDCs to make ALP Express loans under the Economic Aid Act (EAA).
